Terms of Service

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SHICKEN FOODS LTD platform and the purchase of any services. By accessing the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement.

2. Capacity and Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If an order includes age-restricted items, our delivery personnel are legally required to perform an ID check under the 'Challenge 25' policy.

3. Service Availability and Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated window. However, SHICKEN FOODS LTD shall not be liable for delays caused by extreme weather, industrial action, or significant traffic disruptions in Dartford or surrounding Kent areas. Our liability for non-delivery is limited to the refund of the order value.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices include VAT at the applicable UK rate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market fluctuation of raw ingredients. Payments are processed in GBP (£).

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has commenced. Refund requests based on quality must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform and the content (including recipes, photography, and brand identity) belong to SHICKEN FOODS LTD. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited under UK Intellectual Property Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. In all other scenarios, our total liability is capped at 100% of the price paid for the specific order in question.
